What’s Happening Page

On the What’s Happening page, you have access to the Calendar of Events, the Current Email in circulation, RSVPs and sign ups for upcoming events, and the member directory.   You also have access to your account where you can upload your picture and share your contact and biographical information such as your profession, your passions, your interest, your hobbies, etc, with the 20-Somethings community.  When logged in, you are also able to comment on posts, view Current “What’s Happening” Posts submitted by members of the 20-Somethings, and more!

Calendar of Events

Our calendar of events lists all of the latest 20-Somethings activities.  Each activity is categorized as “Service”, “Social”, “Spiritual”, “Unofficial Events” such as the events going on in the Diocese, and “Other” which includes periodic core team meetings.

Update your profile information and search other members of the 20-Somethings.  Learn more about your friends and stay in contact with them!

Sign Ups/RSVPs

In order to facilitate service projects, Weekend trips, Weekly Small Groups, the Annual Retreat, Volleyball, T-Shirt sign ups and more, sign ups are used.   Login to your account and RSVP for the latest events.

Multimedia (Pictures, Video, Audio)

Our new and improved website now has great multimedia capabilities.  Check our current event pictures.  Even check out pictures from the very beginning, when the 20-Somethings was first founded.  We also have a video section with the 2008 Christmas party annual slideshow and an audio sections with music from your fellow 20-Somethings.  Soon we hope to have video and audio from the 20-Somethings movie, the 20-Somethings Podcast, and the latest music from the Music Ministry!  Keep checking back to see what has been going on!

Anyone can submit an entry for the 20-Somethings Voice.  Our “20 Somethings Voice” Editor will monitor & approve all submitted entries to the newsletter.

• All emails to be sent to the [stt20s] listserve should be submitted HERE at least 48 hours before the intended time of email delivery.
• Every email for this listserve needs to be approved by a moderator, so please give the moderator ample time to work with your email, by sending it at least 48 hours before the intended time of email delivery.

Purposes to include:

• All official 20-somethings announcements
• Individuals inviting others to join in a service or spiritual activity
• Individuals inviting others to join in a social activity
• Announcements in the Catholic community and around Catholic circles & events pertaining to the interest of Catholic young adults

Purposes to NOT include:

• Individuals or outside organizations requesting services, volunteers, money, donations, goods, or anything personal not pertaining to the Catholic 20-somthings ministry
• Inappropriate, malicious or offensive material
